What are the return conditions?
If your order does not suit you, returns are possible within 14 days of receipt of your order, provided that the items are unworn. They must be returned with tags, warranty cards, and all accessories.
Returns are the responsibility of the customer as part of a return.
Viral reserves the right to refuse future orders on the site in the event of too frequent returns or not respecting the conditions.

Items must be unworn and must be returned with tags and all accessories.
What is the repayment period?
Our teams will confirm by email when your return has been received and validated. You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been made.
Allow approximately 10 working days to allow time for our teams to process your return package.
My item has a defect, what should I do?
A quality control is carried out by our teams on all our products before they are sent. However, if your item has a defect, we invite you to contact us, upon receipt, at email@example.com, indicating the reference of your order and attaching photos so that we can find the best solution to your problem.
Can my return be refused?
Each product is examined upon receipt. Your return request may be refused in two cases:
